What to do if you require assistance?

  1. If you have a question that relates to how you use the application then consult the Help function within the Coretalk application. Simply click on File and then on Online Help. The whole Core-Talk application is explained in detail in this section.
  2. If you need further assistance on how to use the Coretalk application or you have an issue please SMS your request/issue to the Core-Talk Help Desk (0400 990 109). You can also call this number and leave a voice message, and a technician will contact you. We aim to respond and solve all issues/requests within 24 hours.
