What to do if you require assistance?
- If you have a question that relates to how you use the application then consult the Help function within the Coretalk application. Simply click on File and then on Online Help. The whole Core-Talk application is explained in detail in this section.
- If you need further assistance on how to use the Coretalk application or you have an issue please SMS your request/issue to the Core-Talk Help Desk (0400 990 109). You can also call this number and leave a voice message, and a technician will contact you. We aim to respond and solve all issues/requests within 24 hours.
