This Supplier Management module provides an efficient and direct mechanism to manage your supply-side process and interact with suppliers from placing an order to tracking service levels and making complaints.
The features include:
- Orders can be placed in a formal manner, with and automated receipt of orders placed.
- The order is sent to the supplier and interfaces with the supplier's Coretalk.
- The supply-side system prints out the order in an official manner and sends an SMS back to the store confirming receipt.
- Complaints can be logged and traced with the supplier.
- Tracking the service levels to ensure that the order is fulfilled as expected.
- Assessing the quality of the product or service after delivery.
