Interactive Marketing
The Interactive Marketing module provides the ability to set up interactive marketing campaigns with clients via their mobile phones. The promotional effort is unique in that it is interactive and direct. This provides the ability to send responses to standard SMS questions, creating a powerful customer service and building a prospect database.
These can take the form of either advertising responses or competition lines, where you may want to have an interactive dialogue with the customer.
This is a great addition to your existing marketing approach but you can add to it with very little effort.
The system will validate incoming text and provide automated responses to sms sent in by prospective clients.
Note: You are not spamming as the customer is contacting you and not vice versa.

Examples:
- Real estate: The customer may SMS a code (say "code 12345") to a number advertised on a promotion. The customer will then be sent summary details about the property, and inviting them to send another SMS to ask a sales person to contact them. Several chains of information may be sent. SMS msg 123 to number 021 855 898 and see an example in action!!
- The system can be set up to match barcodes or any other identification number that is currently in circulation in the market. So customers can SMS the serial number followed by the answer to a publicized cell number. A database of your clients will be built up.
- The system is more than just a competition line in that it can "fish" for prospective customers by encouraging them to make contact with your company in relation to specific marketing messages that you promote.
- e.g. In a fishing shop, place an advert in the window encouraging interested parties to SMS "bait marlin" to a specific number. The result would be an automated SMS informing them about the most successful bait to use in catching this fish.
- This means that you can grow my database of interested fisherman.
- Perhaps you could increase my turnover by SMS canvassing this database with promotions or specials.
- This approach delivers the ability to qualify a customer before talking to them.
