Interactive Communications Manager
The Interactive Communication Manager controls and records both inbound and outbound communications, manages contacts and facilitates the incorporation of SMS into the business process.

This records all incoming SMS messages and matches them to the contact database and records the history of communications with that contact. Contacts with a full history can be set up in the system. It is fully networkable, which enables tasks and the relevant communication associated to those tasks, to be shared amongst key personnel. Messages can be scheduled to be sent at later times. Scheduled jobs can be imported from other systems such as Outlook. - Message templates
Personalised looking SMS, where the message is tailored from preset templates. - Integration
Integration to Outlook and advanced integration and import tools to link to other contact management, applications and ad hoc databases. - Concatenated TXT allows several 160 character messages to be joined together to make one message
- Reporting
Usage reports are available, to monitor product adoption. It includes a full communication report facility, to see who sent what and why. Convert reports to PDF to inform others of communication history. - A process by which incoming communication is captured in a system and the required action to deal with this communication is processed in a simply time effective manner. The processed response is automatically sent using SMS as a medium.
