Deployment
There are a number of ways that CoreTalk can be deployed. For example:
- As an SMS “engine” for a business: CoreTalk can be deployed alongside and integrated with your existing systems and then manage and direct the SMS traffic in and out of your business, based on a set of triggers and rules. For example: Data can be accessed from the field by remote workers and automated messaging can be sent out based on information flowing from existing systems.
- On an individual laptop: An SMS can then be sent out from anywhere via the laptop as the modem and software will be installed on that laptop. Users will not need to log onto the internet to send the message. An additional benefit is that the laptop user will have full mobile wireless connectivity to the internet via GPRS and the modem installed on their laptop.
- On an individual desktop: An SMS can then be sent out directly from the desktop as the modem and software will be installed on that desktop. Users will not need to log onto the internet to send the message. An additional benefit is that the desktop user will have wireless connectivity to the internet via GPRS and the modem installed on their laptop.
- On a group of networked desktops: The modem and database will be installed on one desktop or server and the user interface will be installed on the additional networked desktops. This will allow users share one database for contacts and transaction history and to monitor and respond to group SMS traffic.
