Interactive Database Integration
The Interactive Database Integration module provides powerful integration tools to link the CoreTalk Communications Platform into your current applications and databases. Information can then be transfered seamlessly. It enables you to link your current business systems in a variety of ways to the Coretalk product. It is the fundamental linking of business practice and the resulting communication that should take place.
The product features include:
- Database link and timer
Configures the database to link and frequency of refreshes or queries. - File Link
Defining the table in the database that you wish to access - XML Interface
Allowing the system to use the growing standard of xml to access remote data. - SMS triggers
Setup automated SMS messages to be sent as a function of a change in your current system. These messages can be immediate or time scheduled and sent to one or multiple users. - Rules
Create rules that determine when and why a person should be contacted.
Some examples include:
- Send bulk personalised information with the ability to customise the message as a function of that person's information in your current database.
- Set a timer to pull information out of database to update management with the current sales or stock values.
- Send an SMS with a product code to Coretalk and it will look in your system and automatically reply with the product description, price and availability.
- If someone becomes an overdue debtor in your company, inform them immediately and take action.
- Notify all my outstanding debtors with personalised SMS as and when their accounts go over 30 days.
- When the machines are overheating send an automated message to the technicians.
- If you enter a new listing into my real estate system all agents are informed.
- Goods that have been ordered are now available for pick up.
- If a company places an order that is over a certain value a manager must be notified.
- If a client has waited for more than 48 hours to be serviced then the sales team must be notified.
- If a delivery is late and client expectations are not being me let the manager know.
- A higher bid has been placed on an auction item.
